This year we are celebrating a decade-long relationship with the Spotlight Retail Group.
From its humble beginnings in the 1970s as a single dress fabric stall at Queen Victoria Market, Spotlight has grown to become the Spotlight Retail Group and is now a household-name brand that has operated throughout Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia for over 45 years.
We have proudly provided a longstanding service to this iconic group of stores.
The Brief
Spotlight Retail Group needed solutions for their three flagship brands, Spotlight, Anaconda, and more recently Harris Scarfe, in marketing fulfilment to cater to their expanding network of stores.
As their operations grew in scale and complexity, they faced the challenge of managing a variety of printed materials, including shelving tickets, posters, signs, brochures, and newsletters, arriving from multiple suppliers in staggered timeframes.
With an ongoing commitment to seeking practical solutions for their stores, they began the search for more efficient processes to enhance marketing inventory tracking and ensure a seamless transition during in-store display changeovers. This led them to partnering with Invicium for marketing fulfilment solutions.
