Case Study: Shaver Shop
One of our regular customers is Shaver Shop, who sell products for grooming, hair removal and oral care needs, both online and in their numerous retail stores across Australia.
Throughout the year, Invicium produces numerous services for Shaver Shop, such as supplying ad hoc promotional and apparel items, and printing and distributing their store catalogues.
It’s towards the end of the year, and the Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year sales where things really heat up! Our logistical services for Shaver Shop dramatically increase, as we assist them to meet the seasonal demand.
- In the pre-Christmas rush we have a total of 12 x 40ft containers arriving at our warehouse. We will unpack, sort and send products out to 140 stores.
- Our usual turnaround of 20 pallets increases to over 200 pallets during this time.
- We will produce over 198,000 sales tickets for each sales event and distribute them throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- There will be between 15 and 18 sales events throughout the year.
